Katarina Berg is the Chief Human Resources Officer. She oversees all aspects of human resource management and is responsible for developing and executing the people strategy in support of the overall business plan. Ms. Berg serves as a member of the board of directors of House of Education and as member of the advisory board of directors of ToppHälsa, Bonnier Tidskrifter. Before joining the team, Ms. Berg held human resources roles in various multinational companies, such as Swedbank, 3 Scandinavia, and Kanal 5 (SBS Broadcasting). Ms. Berg holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Development in Behavioral Science from Lund University.
