Luka de Fluiter

Luka de Fluiter serves as Product Owner at Spotler NL since July 2023, following a tenure as Product Owner and Technical Project Manager at Tripolis during the transition to Spotler from November 2021 to October 2023. Previously, Luka held the position of Client Success Engineer at Webpower from March 2018 to November 2021, and worked as a Marketing Employee at Trek Bicycle for a brief period in late 2017. Additional experience includes a role as a Mail Preparation Employee at PostNL and as a Parking Management Employee at the Municipality of Harderwijk from 2014 to 2016. Luka holds a Master’s degree in Smart Cities from Universitat de Girona (2016-2017) and a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture and Spatial Planning from Wageningen University & Research (2012-2016).
