Nadav Efraty

Nadav Efraty is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the water technology and AI sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chairman of Spotlight.ai since June 2021, Efraty leads the development of an AI-driven platform that enhances the capabilities of sales teams. Previously, as CEO of Desalitech from January 2020 to June 2021, Efraty was instrumental in advancing innovative water purification solutions under the DuPont brand. Efraty founded Desalitech in January 2008 and held the positions of CEO and Chairman, guiding the company to support major corporations in improving their water efficiency and sustainability. Efraty's earlier venture, Exanet, saw him in several leadership roles from February 2004 to January 2009, focusing on R&D and technical sales. Efraty holds a B.Sc and M.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Haifa.
