Bryan Orr is an experienced professional in customer operations and services, currently serving as a Senior Customer Operations Manager and previously as a Senior Customer Services Manager at Spotlight Sports Group since March 2022. Prior to this, Bryan held the position of Customer Services Specialist at Corsair from October 2015 to March 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Sales Executive at Ascot Racecourse and completing a two-month placement as a BHA Graduate at Newton Abbot Racecourse, which provided insights into small racecourse management. Bryan also served as an Assistant Manager at Caffe Nero Ltd from January 2010 to June 2011. Bryan holds a 2:1 degree in Law and Business Studies from the University of Stirling, completed in 2009, after attending St. Patrick's Grammar School in Downpatrick from 1998 to 2015.
