The board of directors at Spotlight Therapeutics has a history of experience in the biotech industry and academic research. The co-founder and CEO has experience leading a biotech company and conducting postdoctoral research. Other members of the board have experience as a graduate student researcher and summer research intern. All members of the board have academic backgrounds in molecular and cell biology or biochemistry and molecular biology.
