Beth Wells

Beth Wells is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently serving as the VP of Product Design at SpotOn since June 2022, Beth focuses on enhancing software and payment solutions for various industries, including hospitality and sports. Prior roles include Director of User Experience at PayPal, where leadership was provided for global consumer experiences, and similar positions at Dell and VMware, emphasizing user experience for commercial software. Earlier in the career, Beth founded Glare Studios, Inc., producing web applications for notable clients, and held creative positions at The Learning Company and Bender, Browning, Dolby & Sanderson Advertising. Beth holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and Illustration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
