Jennifer Zhu

Jennifer Zhu is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and user experience design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at SpotOn since May 2023, Jennifer previously worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior User Experience Designer from January 2022 to May 2023. Jennifer's career also includes leadership roles at JOOR, where responsibilities encompassed both Team Lead and UI/UX Designer from August 2017 to August 2021, and as an Interactive Designer at TrueChoice Solutions from June 2013 to July 2017. Earlier experiences include internships and creative positions at several companies, including Orbit 360 NY, Brenes Co. LLC, Bridal Guide Magazine, and Judy Ross Textiles Inc. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from Pratt Institute, earned in 2013.
