Jordan Rotondo is a Senior Instructional Designer at SpotOn since February 2022, responsible for reimagining training across all company verticals with a focus on technology and utilizing advanced eLearning development and LMS platforms. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Support Manager, New Cafe Opener, and Contract Instructional Designer at Tropical Smoothie Cafe from March 2010 to July 2022.
