Omar Montes is currently a Team Lead at SpotOn. Prior to that, they worked at SYKES México from January 2018 to April 2022 as an Agente Bilingue. Before that, they were with American Express from October 2017 to September 2018 as a Trusted Financial Advisor. In that role, they provided customer service to account holders and advised them on how to use and maximize the value of their current product.
