Renatha Ahedo

Renatha Ahedo has worked in customer service and administrative roles for over 4 years. Renatha began their career as a Service Desk Analyst with CompuCom in November 2015. In this role, they provided support to employees with technical issues and assisted with the company's email system. Renatha left CompuCom in May 2016 to take on a similar role with Hotelbeds. In their time with Hotelbeds, they became known as the go-to person for solving customer complaints. Renatha left in August 2017 to join Skinny IT as their Operations Project Coordinator/Dispatch. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and expenditures. Renatha also communicated with technicians to ensure assignments were being completed and provided administrative support as needed. Renatha left Skinny IT in December 2018 to join SpotOn as their Executive Assistant.
