RJ Horsley

RJ Horsley is the President and Chief Operating Officer at SpotOn Transact, LLC since 2017. Previously, RJ served as a Board Advisor and Chief Financial Officer at Axsy, a global enterprise SaaS company that focuses on transforming the Order-to-Cash process for mobile enterprises from 2014 to 2019. From 2010 to 2014, RJ worked at Financial Technology Partners in investment banking, engaging in deal execution, business development, talent management, and branding while also participating in significant transactions involving various companies in the financial technology sector. RJ holds a B.S. in Global Marketing and Finance with a focus on Accounting from USC Marshall School of Business.
