Tabitha Caldwell

Tabitha Caldwell is a skilled Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resource Trainer & Analyst for Spotsylvania County since December 2019, Tabitha previously held the position of Student Information Systems Training Specialist at Prince William County Public Schools, where over 100 training sessions were conducted to educate school staff on the Synergy system. Additional experience includes roles as Sales Agent at Navy Mutual Aid Association, Ancillary Product Manager at Elephant Insurance, and HR FMLA Leave Administration and Wellness Coordinator at GEICO. Tabitha began their career as a Bank Teller at Wells Fargo.
