Will Moore, MBA, JD, is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in public procurement and labor law. Currently serving as Senior Assistant County Attorney for Spotsylvania County since January 2020, Will's expertise includes navigating the Virginia Freedom of Information Act. Prior roles include Senior Assistant City Attorney for Hampton City Attorney from June 2018 to January 2020, where responsibilities involved government procurement negotiations and contract management.
