Vidya Nagesh

Vidya Nagesh began their work experience in 2020 as a Human Resources Associate at Agumentik Software Private Limited. In this role, they screened resumes, scheduled interviews, and assisted with onboarding, training, and exit formalities. Vidya joined Spottabl in 2021 as a Talent Scout, where they were responsible for hiring top talent for startups in tech and non-tech roles. Vidya sourced candidates through various channels and built pipelines for assigned roles. In 2022, Vidya was promoted to Assistant Manager - Recruitment Success at Spottabl, where they managed customers' hiring lifecycle and ensured smooth transitions from onboarding to joining. Presently, Vidya holds the position of Manager - Recruitment Success at Spottabl, where they continue to excel in their role.

Vidya Nagesh completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management at B. M. S. College of Engineering from 2013 to 2017. Vidya then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and Business Analytics at Dayananda Sagar Institutions from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their 2nd PU in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology at M.E.S. Kishore Kendra from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Vidya Nagesh also obtained several certifications. Vidya successfully passed the Karnataka State Eligibility Test - Management conducted by the University of Mysore in November 2021. Vidya also completed several online courses and certifications, including "Introduction to Data Science" and "Python for Data Science" from Cognitive Class in September 2020, "Excel Skills for Business: Essentials" from Coursera in July 2020, "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" from Coursera in July 2020, and "Microsoft Office" from Karnataka Infotech in July 2017.
