Dana McDaniel

Dana McDaniel is a seasoned commercial litigator and intellectual property attorney with extensive experience in the legal field. Currently a shareholder at Spotts Fain, PC since March 2004, Dana previously held the same title at Williams Mullen from January 1991 to March 2004. Dana began as a corporate and commercial litigation associate at Browder, Russell, Morris & Butcher from October 1985 to December 1990. Academic credentials include a J.D. from William & Mary (1982-1985) and a B.S. in Business from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business (1972-1977).
