David Reed is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in real estate transactions and legal services. Since March 2012, David has served as a Shareholder at Spotts Fain PC, focusing on the acquisition, sale, and development of real property across the United States and Canada, as well as solid waste services. Prior to this role, David was a Shareholder at Williams Mullen and Akerman Senterfitt, and also held the position of Senior Counsel - Real Estate at AutoNation, where David established the company's real estate legal function and managed national real estate for the automotive and rental car divisions. Earlier in David's career, as Associate General Counsel at Blockbuster, significant contributions were made to the national retail roll-out program and corporate acquisition due diligence. Academically, David earned a JD from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and a BS in Real Estate from Florida State University - College of Business.
