Eddie Lumpkin

Eddie Lumpkin is a Shareholder and Senior Counsel at Spotts Fain PC, where since February 2019, a focus has been on a diverse range of for-profit and non-profit organizations, addressing matters such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and franchising and licensing arrangements, as well as general corporate, regulatory, and securities issues. Prior to this role, Eddie served as a Partner at Christian & Barton, L.L.P. from September 1995 to January 2019. Eddie holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law (1995) and an AB in Political Science and English from Duke University (1992), as well as education from St. Christopher's School (1988).
