Brett Harvey

Brett Harvey has extensive experience in employee and labor relations. Brett began their career with SP+ (SP Plus) in 2010 as Director, Employment Attorney, representing the company in various state and administrative agencies. Brett also prepared position statements and conducted arbitration and mediation on behalf of the company. In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President, Employee and Labor Relations at SP+. In 2018, they transitioned to James Hardie Building Products as Assistant General Counsel- Employment. Later in 2018, they returned to SP+ as Vice President, Employee/ Labor Relation.

Brett Harvey earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, between 1998 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, from 1995 to 1998. In 1991-1994, Brett completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science at UCLA.
