Diana L. Sands

Diana L. Sands is currently the Director at SP+. Diana has extensive experience in corporate finance, governance, and administration. Prior to their current role, Ms. Sands served as Senior Vice President Office of Internal Governance and Administration at Boeing from January 2001 to December 2020. Diana was responsible for leading a team that ensured compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Before joining Boeing, Ms. Sands was at General Motors from January 1997 to December 2001 as Corporate Financial Planning & Reporting Manager. In this role, they were in charge of the company's financial planning and reporting processes. Ms. Sands also has experience in auditing and internal controls from their time at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1987 to 1990.

Ms. Sands is a Certified Public Accountant and has a bachelor's degree in accounting from DePaul University.

Diana Sands graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2006. Diana then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University in 2010.
