John Buhl

John Buhl has over 20 years of work experience in various technology roles. John currently works as the VP of Infrastructure and DevOps at SP+ (SP Plus). Before that, they worked as the Director of Cloud Architecture, Security, and Data Strategy at XSOLIS from 2020 to 2023. Prior to XSOLIS, John was the Senior Director of Cloud Strategy and DevOps at MEDHOST from 2016 to 2020. John also served as the Head of DevOps and Technical Operations in the US at Hiscox from 2015 to 2016. Before that, John worked as the Director of Technical Operations at HubLogix from 2014 to 2015. John has also held positions such as VP of Technology/CTO at Preparis, Inc. from 2013 to 2014, Technology and Entrepreneur at Travel Incorporated from 2005 to 2013, and Senior Software Architect at Turner Sports from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Architect at Chemtura from 2000 to 2004. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated expertise in cloud strategy, DevOps, infrastructure management, and technical operations.

John Buhl received their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they attended from 1991 to 1995.
