Ritu Vig

Ritu Vig is the President of the Aviation Division for SP+ Corporation. Ritu joined SP+ in 2018 as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel and recently served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for SP+ Corporation. Prior to joining the company, she served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of SEC, M&A, and Compliance for R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company. Ritu earned her Juris Doctor degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
