William H. Bodenhamer Jr.

Bill Bodenhamer is Chairman of USA Parking System, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SP+ Corporation. Bill joined SP+ in 2001 and has held key business leadership roles with SP+, including Executive Vice President–Hospitality Division. Prior to joining the company, Bill was the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of USA Parking System, Inc. In addition to his current position, Bill serves on the Board of Directors of the American Automobile Association and the Auto Club Group. Bill attended East Carolina University.
