Crista Silen

Crista Silen has a diverse range of work experience in the medical and healthcare industry. Their most recent position was as a Regional Sales Manager at SPR Therapeutics, Inc., where they promoted the use of the SPRINT Peripheral Nerve Stimulation system for non-narcotic pain management therapy.

Prior to that, Crista worked as a Urology Consultant at Boston Scientific, where they were recognized as a President Club recipient. Crista focused on promoting the use of the Rezûm System, a convective radiofrequency water vapor therapy for endourological conditions.

Crista also had experience as a Territory Sales Manager at Stryker/Novadaq, where they promoted SPY fluorescence imaging technology for use in surgery. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Sales Representative and Field Sales Trainer at SURGIQUEST, promoting the AirSeal system for laparoscopic and robotic surgery.

Earlier in their career, Crista worked as a Regional Trainer and Territory Manager at Conmed Corporation, selling vessel sealers. Crista also worked in account management and quality control roles at Berry Plastics and Bayer MaterialScience, where they developed resins and led quality systems for certification.

Crista Silen has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from the University of West Georgia.
