Elizabeth Ross

Elizabeth Ross has a significant work experience spanning from 1993 to the present. Elizabeth began their career at Liberty Mutual, where they worked as a Business Analyst for over 24 years, from 1993 to 2017. In 2017, Elizabeth joined Sprague Operating Resources LLC as a Customer and Terminal Data Manager. Elizabeth held this position until November 2022 when they were promoted to the role of Director of Customer Experience.

Elizabeth Ross earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Elizabeth attended the university from 2021 to 2024 to complete their graduate studies. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2001, Elizabeth also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution.
