Terena Barnacle

Terena commenced her career as a legal assistant in 1998, and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2005. Following this, Terena spent a number of years, acting for a probate company client, progressing to the Manager of the conveyancing department within this role, before settling into the position of Head of the Brackley office.

Since her qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive, Terena has dealt with thousands of client with their residential conveyancing transactions.

Terena’s expertise in residential conveyancing includes Freehold Sales and Purchases, Lease Extensions, Leasehold Sales and Purchases, Shared Ownership, Self Build, Help to Buy ISA, Help to Buy Equity Loan, Auctions, New Builds, Probate Sales, Title Splits, Registering Easements and Remortgages.
