Open is currently the Chief Finance Officer at Spray-Tek. Prior to that, they worked as Technical Business Manager at Symrise AG from November 2006 to August 2021. In that role, they were responsible for managing and supporting the North American Flavor division by analyzing and transforming the data, systems and ways of working with a focus on process optimization, effectiveness and profitability improvement, supporting the product development staff.

Since March 2021, they have also had the added responsibility of the North American Flavor Division sample lab that was responsible for liquid compounding, Reaction Flavors and spray dried flavors. In this role, they helped improve workflow and hired admin support to assist with receiving and processing between 800-1000 sample order line items a month to improve on our ability to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations.

Open has completed three certification courses from Udemy, in Access 2010 Introduction, Fundamentals of Business Analysis, and Intoduction to Business Process Modeling.

They are on a team with Sean Cefalo - Chief People Officer, Ray Rambowski - Chief Operations Officer, and Joe Castellano - Chief Revenue Officer. Their manager is David Brand, Chief Executive Officer.
