Paulo Cardoso

Paulo Cardoso has over 10 years of experience in spray drying and encapsulation of flavors, fragrances, nutraceuticals, soft chemicals and API's. Paulo has provided quality and timely service to customers through the recruitment, training, and supervision of management team. Paulo has also overseen all manufacturing staff, processes, and facilities in a two-site operation. Paulo is responsible for the output of over 50 employees. Paulo has led strategic planning from mission and objectives through execution and evaluation for production team. Paulo has also collaborated with process and plant engineering to optimize cycle time, equipment availability/utilization, and WIP turns throughout the factory. Paulo is responsible for communicating and meeting daily production requirements. Paulo also coaches supervisors on disciplinary and corrective action measures. Furthermore, they are responsible for maintaining budget spending by implementing cost savings measures. Lastly, they foster a workplace with high employee morale.

Paulo Cardoso reports to Ray Rambowski, Chief Operations Officer. They work with Open - Director of Engineering, Eric Koelle - IT Manager, and Jon Fenstermacher - Production Manager (PA). Pinal Patel - Production Planner, Darshan Sharma - Production Planner, and Jennifer Kutz - Production Planner (PA) report to Paulo Cardoso.
