Rudi (Rudolf J.) Schick has had a long and successful career with Spraying Systems Co. Rudi (Rudolf J.) started working for the company in 1987 as a Research/Senior Research Engineer in the Technical Services Department. Rudi (Rudolf J.) then moved on to become a Senior Research Engineer in the Process Industries division from 1997 to 1999. From 1999 to 2004, Rudi served as the Director of the Special Projects Team. In 2005, they were promoted to Vice President, overseeing the research and analysis divisions. Rudi (Rudolf J.) later became the COO for Africa/Middle East in 2008 and finally took on the role of Chief Science Officer in 2017. As Chief Science Officer, Rudi leads business development and marketing priorities, manages sales and business development, promotes sales and technical team advancement, and maintains region-wide contacts and insight.

Rudi (Rudolf J.) Schick has a diverse education history. Rudi (Rudolf J.) started their education journey in 1983 at Bradley University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they successfully completed in 1987. After gaining foundational knowledge in engineering, Rudi decided to further expand their skills by enrolling in DePaul Driehaus College of Business between 1996 and 1999. During this time, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Management of Information Systems. Rudi's educational pursuits did not end there, as they later attended the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2011 to 2015. At MIT, they pursued Advanced Certificates in Innovation, Strategy & Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management.
