We’re a fast-growing professional services consultancy with tons of experience using industry-leading technology.  You will work hand in hand with our VP of Technology to create bespoke solutions for our diverse array of clients. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications
  • Work closely with our internal team and our clients to understand their technical needs and develop solutions that meet their specific requirements
  • Design, develop, and manage SQL Server instances and databases ensuring data integrity, security, and performance
  • Develop front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
  • Develop and Integrate APIs and web services to enhance application functionality
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews with the team
  • Assist in the optimization of applications for scalability and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and industry best practices

Minimum Credentials

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of the .NET framework and web development
  • Proficiency in C# and other .NET languages
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience in business systems such as ERPs, OMSs, and CRMs
  • Understanding of source control systems, primarily SVN
  • Experience with AWS is a plus
  • Experience with Airtable.com, QuickBooks Online, Teamwork, and other related systems is a plus
  • Experience with tracking work effort in project management systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - the ability to work closely with clients and team members at all levels of the organization
  • Process-oriented

Salary and Benefits

  • $85,000-100,000k w/ bonus potential
  • 401K w/ match (no vesting)
  • 100% remote, always
  • QSHERA $100/month 
  • The work is performed M-F, between 8 AM to 5 PM PST hours
  • We will provide you with a laptop and necessary hardware/software

Working Conditions

Work is typically performed remotely on a part-time or full-time basis during normal business hours on a schedule mutually agreed upon between the employee and their Manager. The employee should have a dedicated office space, free from distraction and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
