Theresa Kretzschmar

Theresa Kretzschmar has been working in Human Resources for over 18 years. Theresa started their career as a Management Assistant at Bell Flavors & Fragrances in 2002. In 2003, they became the Head of Human Resources at STUDIOCANAL (former Kinowelt GmbH). Theresa held this position for 7 years before moving to sprd.net AG in 2011, where they were the Head of Human Resources for 4 years. In 2015, Theresa joined Spread Group as the Global HR Director, a position they still holds today. In 2021, they also took on the role of Vice President People & Culture at Comtravo, where they are currently employed.

Theresa Kretzschmar has a degree in Educational Sciences, Journalism, and German Studies from Leipzig University. Theresa also has a degree in Business Mediation from Steinbeis Hochschule Leipzig and a degree in Business Administration from Verwaltungs und Wirtschaftsakademie.
