Head Of VR Games at Spree Interactive

Sarah Stief has a diverse range of work experience in the VR industry. Sarah started their career as a Student Intern and 3D Generalist at Gamesmold in 2014. Sarah then worked as a Student Tutor at Hochschule Kaiserslautern / Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2014. Sarah then joined VR Coaster GmbH & Co. KG in 2015 and held various roles including 3D Artist, Creative Supervisor - VR Content Production, and ultimately VR Creative Director from 2015 to 2019.

In 2019, they joined SPREE Interactive as a VR Game Director & Game Producer, where they planned and directed VR projects, provided mentorship to a multidisciplinary team, and collaborated with international clients and executives. Sarah recently became the Head of VR Games at SPREE Interactive in February 2021, where they manage and oversees the game production department, analyzes game-related choices, and ensures a coherent user experience. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in game production, creative direction, and VR content development.

Sarah Stief attended Hochschule Kaiserslautern from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Virtual Design. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in e-Learning: Sexuelle Belästigung, Mobbing und Diskriminierung am Arbeitsplatz from FORUM Institut für Management GmbH in November 2022, and Chief Of The Year: License To Lead from CoA Academy in January 2022.
