Astrid Heiremans

Astrid Heiremans is a highly experienced professional, currently serving as Co-owner and Co-CEO of Cornelis-Adriaenssens, a company specializing in fresh potato and vegetable preparations, since December 2020. In addition, Astrid holds significant roles such as Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee at Sprimoglass and Chairman of the Audit Committee at House of HR, both effective from 2019 and 2022 respectively. Astrid has also been providing financial advisory services at FinFactory BVBA since May 2017, leveraging over ten years of expertise in financial operations. Previously, Astrid was COO of Soficotex N.V., managing operational and financial aspects of a production plant, and served as Audit Senior Manager at Deloitte Belgium, overseeing complex audit engagements across various sectors. Astrid's academic background includes a Master in Economics, Taxation and Accounting from KU Leuven, a Theoretisch Registeraccountant degree from Tilburg University, and additional coursework at Vlerick Business School.
