Eric Pallas

Eric Pallas serves as Executive Vice President and Compliance Officer at Spring Bank, a de novo community bank in the Bronx, since January 2007. Previously, Eric held positions including President, CFO, and COO at the same bank. Prior to Spring Bank, Eric was the CFO at New York National Bank, focusing on financial regulatory reporting and compliance improvements. Eric's career began at American Express as District Travel Manager, followed by roles at Citibank and Banco Popular North America, where Eric served as Controller for a large commercial bank. Eric Pallas earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford and a BS in Economics from Fordham University.
