Lorenzo Bernasconi

Lorenzo Bernasconi serves as the Head of Climate and Environmental Solutions at Lombard Odier Investment Managers since October 2021 and is also a Research Fellow at Stanford University’s Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance since April 2021. Lorenzo contributes as a Board Member at Spring Bank, a pioneering B-Corp bank dedicated to supporting underserved communities in New York City. Previously, Lorenzo held multiple roles at The Rockefeller Foundation from 2013 to 2020, advancing innovative financing solutions. Experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Dalberg Global Development Advisors, a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, and a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Columbia University's Earth Institute. Lorenzo's early career featured an Analyst position at UBS Investment Bank. Educational background includes a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Economics and Philosophy from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
