Sherissa Espinosa

Sherissa Espinosa has been working in the customer service industry since 2010. Sherissa began their career at Discount City as a Sales Associate and Cashier. In 2013, they moved to Bay 6 Boutique as a Sales Associate Cashier, providing excellent customer service in store and over the phone. In 2015, they began working at Kohl's as a Sales Associate, providing excellent customer service, completing 5:00AM Freight shifts, Price Changes shifts, and Merchandising shifts. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at CASTRO VALLEY OPTOMETRY GROUP, INC. as an Administrative Assistant and Intern. Currently, they are a Medical Records Coordinator at Spring Fertility.

Sherissa Espinosa began their educational journey in 2009 when they earned their High School Diploma from Encinal High School. From 2012 to 2014, they attended College of Alameda and earned a Social and Behavioral Sciences Degree (AA) in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Laney College. In 2015, they transferred to California State University - East Bay and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management in 2018.
