Anita Muganda

Global Clinical Care Navigator at Spring Health

Anita Muganda began their work experience as an Intern at the Rehabilitation Center for Traumatic Brain Injuries in 2010. Anita then served as a Counseling Intern at the Washington Adventist Hospital Outpatient Psych Unit from March 2011 to September 2011.

In 2009, Anita joined the SDA Church World HQ as an Intern in the Public Affairs and Religious Liberty Department, where they worked until 2011.

Anita then transitioned to the TIME Organization, Inc in 2015, where they held multiple roles. Anita started as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and became a Clinic Liaison in 2020 until September 2022.

Currently, Anita Muganda is the Global Clinical Care Navigator at Spring Health, starting in September 2022.

Anita Muganda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Pacific Union College, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Anita further pursued their education at Washington Adventist University and obtained a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology between 2009 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, Anita has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as Confronting Bias, Cybersecurity at Work, Learning GDPR, Preventing Harassment in the Workplace, and Supporting Your Mental Health While Working from Home. These certifications were all obtained in September 2022.
