Bryan Bove

Bryan Bove has extensive work experience in sales training and development, leadership development, and account management. Bryan currently serves as the Director of Sales Training & Development at Spring Health, where they lead the Sales Enablement Training & Development team and oversees the implementation of sales learning programs. Prior to that, they worked at Better as the Senior Enablement Manager, Sales Training & Development, overseeing five teams and developing training programs for sales team members and leadership. Bryan also worked as an Enablement Manager - Leadership Development at Better, designing and facilitating the leadership development program. Before joining Better, they gained experience as a Sales Manager in a FinTech sales team and as an Enterprise Account Manager / Leadership Development Lead at NVISION. Bryan has also served in various roles in the US Army, including OSUT Troop Executive Officer, Cavalry Troop Executive Officer, Squadron Tactical Intelligence Officer, and Platoon Leader.

Bryan Bove attended The College of New Jersey from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science/International Studies.
