Emily Quirk has a diverse work experience in various industries. Emily is currently working as an Associate Director of Organizational Development at Spring Health since January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Founding Member at Dreamers & Doers and the Founder of Caim Coaching, both in 2020. Emily previously worked at Coinbase as a Learning & Development professional from August 2020 to January 2022. Before that, they held the position of Head of Learning & Development at Heyday from December 2018 to May 2020. Emily also has experience in the fitness industry, where they worked at Equinox as a Learning and Development Manager from May 2017 to November 2018, a Learning and Development Specialist from April 2016 to May 2017, and a Sr. Learning and Development Coordinator from December 2014 to March 2016. Prior to that, they worked in Corporate Human Resources at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from October 2012 to November 2014. Emily began their career as a Brand Strategist at Horizon Media from October 2010 to September 2012 and as a Sales & Marketing Associate at The Saratoga Life in 2010. Emily also gained experience as an intern in Marketing & Consulting at Beverage Marketing Corp from June 2008 to August 2009.

Emily Quirk has a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Management & Business and Sociology from Skidmore College. Prior to attending Skidmore College, Emily Quirk attended Columbia High School. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications. Emily is a LifeLabs Learning Founding Community Member, obtained in July 2022. Emily is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, obtained in February 2021. Emily is also a Certified Professional Coach in Core Energy Dynamics, Business & Life Coaching, obtained in January 2020, and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), obtained in January 2019. Moreover, they hold a Consulting Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), obtained in February 2017, and is an ATD Master Designer, obtained in August 2016.
