Emma Andrews-McCoy (she/her)

Emma Andrews-McCoy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role is as a Manager of Provider Success at Spring Health, which they started in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Eden Health from November 2020 to November 2022, where they held the position of Senior Manager of Member Support. In this role, Emma led three verticals, including Member Support, Virtual Navigation, and Personal Health Advisors, ensuring that patients received compassionate and frictionless care.

Before their time at Eden Health, Emma worked at Girls Who Code as a Program Implementation Manager from November 2019 to May 2020. At iMentor, they held multiple roles, including Associate Director of Mentor Screening from April 2018 to November 2019, Volunteer Screening Manager from July 2017 to April 2018, and Volunteer Screening Coordinator from May 2016 to July 2017. In these positions, Emma managed teams, developed screening strategies, and vetted mentor applicants across various regions.

Prior to these roles, Emma worked at DonorsChoose.org as a Donor Customer Service Flexter from October 2015 to April 2016, where they provided support to donors contributing to educational projects. Emma also worked at Curious Jane as a Class Instructor in July 2015, empowering girls to explore design, building, and science. Emma began their career at Bark & Co. as a Customer Care Advocate, providing outstanding customer support from February 2015 to July 2015.

Additionally, Emma has experience in administrative and counseling roles. Emma worked at the New York University Counseling and Wellness Center as an Administrative Aide II from March 2013 to January 2015, where they navigated patient and provider concerns. Emma also worked at Cornerstone Montgomery as a Residential Rehabilitation Counselor from May 2012 to March 2013, providing counseling services and assistance to clients with severe mental illness.

Emma Andrews-McCoy (she/her) pursued their education with determination and focus. Emma began their academic journey at the University of Maryland from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Eager to expand their knowledge, Emma continued their educational pursuits at the Baruch School of Public Affairs from 2015 to 2016. During this time, they successfully earned their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree, specializing in Public Administration and Non-Profit Management. Emma's educational background demonstrates their commitment to both understanding human behavior and making a positive impact on society through effective management.
