Erica Gomez

Erica Gomez has extensive work experience in various roles within the sales, operations, and customer experience fields. Erica is currently working as an Associate Director of Sales Enablement at Spring Health, where they are responsible for developing sales enablement strategies and product marketing solutions. Prior to this, they were a Director at Better, where they led the Enablement Business Partnerships team and curated leadership training for different departments. Erica has also held positions at WeWork as a Senior Operations Manager and at Equinox as an Area Manager, General Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Membership Advisor. In these roles, they demonstrated skills in fiscal management, team development, and driving revenue through marketing initiatives.

Erica Gomez attended Hamilton College from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications. In addition to their degree, Erica also pursued further education through various certifications. In June 2022, they obtained a certification titled "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn. Prior to that, in September 2021, Erica completed a certification in "Diversity and Inclusion at Work" from eCornell.
