Jillian Farrell

Jillian Farrell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they are the Manager of Care Support Operations at Spring Health, where they lead and executes the company's strategy to eliminate barriers to mental health. Prior to this, they held various roles at Vanguard, including Manager of Client Solutions Group Service Administration and Chief of Staff for the Client Solutions Group. Jillian also worked as a Team Leader and High Net Worth Client Consultant at Vanguard. Before their time at Vanguard, Jillian worked as a Program Manager and Clinical Supervisor at Inter-Care, Ltd, and as an Assistant Clinical Director and Utilization Review Manager at Realization Center. Additionally, they gained experience as an Intern at HC Technologies, LLC and NYU Neuroscience and Education Lab. Jillian Farrell pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies at New York University from 2010 to 2013.

Jillian then went on to attend Columbia University from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained two master's degrees. Jillian earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree without a specified field of study and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Counseling Psychology.

In 2009, Jillian attended Cornell University for a Summer Program in Veterinary Medicine.

In terms of additional certifications, Jillian acquired the LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) certification from the New York State in March 2018.
