Aviral Asthana

Aviral Asthana has extensive experience in the legal field, with their most recent role being the Head of Legal - Director at Incedo Inc. since October 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Legal & Associate Director at Incedo Inc. from August 2019 to November 2023.

Before joining Incedo Inc., Asthana worked at NASSCOM as the Manager & Head of Legal, Secretarial, and Compliance from September 2017 to August 2019. Aviral'sresponsibilities included drafting, vetting, and reviewing contracts for NASSCOM and its sister concerns, as well as compliance with state and local laws and negotiations with IT & ITES industry partners.

Aviral also handled negotiations with counterparties for the procurement of IT, ITES, and creative services.

Asthana gained experience in team management as a Sr. Associate at Axiom from December 2013 to April 2015. Aviral set up and handled a team of five for the AMEA region and established rules for timely delivery of services.

Earlier in their career, Asthana worked as a Sr. Associate at Anglo Saxon Law Office from October 2010 to December 2013, where they drafted legal notices, replies, written statements, and briefs for court. Aviral also provided assistance to advocates and lawyers at the Supreme Court and High Court.

Asthana began their career as a Legal Executive (Compliance) at Legal Assistant to H. K. Srivastava Adv. from June 2008 to October 2010. During this time, they assisted with day-to-day court activities, including drafting various legal documents, attending proceedings, and conducting research on labor laws.

Before venturing into the legal industry, Asthana co-founded X-ICE CyberVila in June 2001 and served as the owner until May 2008.

Aviral Asthana attended Boys' High School from 1989 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Science. Aviral then went on to attend the University of Allahabad from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a specialization in Law. Additionally, they have some affiliation with ICSI, although the specific details and duration of their involvement are unknown.
