Katie Lecompte

Katie LeCompte has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katie currently holds the position of Manager, Strategic Alliance at Spring Health, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at WEX from December 2020 to April 2022, where they served as the Manager, Sales Administration for the Midwest region. Before that, Katie was employed at Discovery Benefits, a WEX Company, from August 2018 to December 2020. During their time there, they held the role of Senior Sales Coordinator and later transitioned to the position of Sales Coordinator.

Earlier in their career, Katie worked at Profile by Sanford from September 2016 to August 2018, where they started as a Coach and advanced to the role of Assistant Manager. Katie also gained experience as an Intern at YMCA of the USA from December 2014 to July 2016, and served as a Healthy Living Coach at YMCA (Americorps) from December 2014 to May 2016.

Additional experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at NDSU Research Park from August 2013 to July 2014. Throughout their career, Katie has demonstrated a strong commitment to sales, management, and coordinating roles in various organizations.

Katie LeCompte attended North Dakota State University from 2013 to 2016, pursuing a degree in Health Communications with a minor in Wellness. Katie'sfield of study during this period was primarily Communications.
