Liz Broderick

Liz Broderick is an experienced professional in strategic partnerships and business development, currently serving as the Strategic Partnerships Director at JOYAA since August 2024. Previously, Liz held the position of Head of Strategic Partnerships at Spring Health, where leadership was provided in executing strategic partnerships within the $3.3 billion mental health startup. As a consultant for various startups, Liz supported founders in identifying business opportunities within healthcare and employer benefits. Liz also served as VP of Business Development & Partnerships at Most Days, driving revenue growth in the Employer Health Benefits space, and as Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships & Sales at Cleo, where a comprehensive partnerships strategy was developed. Liz's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of San Diego and additional studies at Syracuse University.
