Madison Shannon, LCSW, CMC, has a diverse work experience spanning several mental health and healthcare organizations. Madison is currently working as a Clinical Care Navigator at Spring Health, where they help employees understand and address their mental health concerns. Prior to this role, Madison worked at UNC Health as a Social Work Case Manager on the Disposition Resource Team. Madison also served as a Behavioral Health Consultant at Dowd Medical Associates, an Outpatient Therapist at Arbour Counseling Services, and a Behavioral Health Coordinator at New England Quality Care Alliance (NEQCA). Madison gained valuable experience as a Clinical Social Work Intern at The Center for Child and Family Health (CCFH) and Three Rivers Behavioral Health, LLC. Madison Shannon, LCSW, CMC completed their education history by obtaining a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, attending from 2009 to 2013. Madison also obtained additional certifications, including a Certificate in Pediatric and Behavioral Health Integration from William James College in September 2019, Care Manager Certified from the National Academy of Certified Care Managers in November 2019. Madison is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified by the North Carolina Social Work Certification and Licensure Board.
