Naiylah Michelle Warren, LMFT, currently serves as the Manager of Clinical Content at Spring Health since April 2024 and has been a Corporate Wellness Facilitator at HealHaus since December 2018, where workshops are created and facilitated to enhance mental health awareness in the workplace for various companies, including Nike and Peloton. Naiylah has experience as a Staff Therapist at Real from March 2020 to March 2024, focusing on innovative digital mental health care solutions. Earlier, Naiylah held roles as a Therapist & Clinical Content Manager at Addiction Care Interventions, where leadership was provided for addiction treatment therapy sessions, and as a Student Advocate at Harlem Children's Zone. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Science in Couple & Family Therapy from Drexel University, a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Long Island University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Philadelphia University.
