Neal Kennington

Neal Kennington has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Neal started their career in the United States Air Force as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist from April 2009 to October 2014. Following that, they worked as a Principal Psychologist at BPS Advanced Wellness, PLLC, providing individual psychotherapy and coaching services to clients from various backgrounds. From August 2018 to January 2020, Neal served as a Clinical Program Manager at Optum. Starting in January 2020, they joined Mercer as a Senior Government Behavioral Health Consultant until April 2022. Currently, Neal is the Director of Clinical Sales at Spring Health, starting from May 2022. Throughout their career, Neal has gained expertise in areas such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and complex trauma cases, utilizing primarily Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution Focused psychotherapy techniques.

Neal Kennington obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University-Fresno. In May 2011, they also obtained a certification as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist from the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners.
