Ryan Gay

Ryan Gay has a diverse range of work experience in the mental health field. Ryan started their career as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual in 2009 before transitioning to the field of behavioral therapy at the Minnesota Autism Center in 2010. Ryan continued to work as a Behavioral Therapist there until 2013. In 2013, they served as a Behavioral Specialist Intern at Headway Emotional Health Services, gaining further experience in the field. Ryan then joined Family Innovations in 2014, initially as a Mental Health Practitioner and later transitioning to the role of Outpatient Therapist in 2016. Ryan stayed with Family Innovations until 2018. Ryan then worked as a Residential Therapist at Paragon Residential Treatment for Youth before joining The Emily Program as a Mental Health Therapist in 2019. Ryan also worked as a Mental Health Counselor at Minnesota Online Counseling, Ginger, and then Fuller Living & Associates, LLC, all in 2019 and 2020. Finally, Ryan is currently working as a Mental Health Counselor at Spring Health starting from October 2020.

Ryan Gay attended the University of St. Thomas from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Business Communication at the Opus College of Business. Ryan obtained a degree in Business Communication with a focus on Business Communications and Theology. Continuing their education, they then pursued a degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas from 2011 to 2014. Unfortunately, no information was provided regarding a specific field of study for their Counseling Psychology degree.
