Sergey Syrota

Sergey Syrota is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Spring Health since April 2023, Sergey previously held the role of Senior Director of Engineering at Rally Health from September 2018 to October 2022, where significant accomplishments included building and managing teams of over 100 engineers and leading the development of major healthcare products for 50 million members. At Rally Health, Sergey was instrumental in launching impactful tools such as a pharmacy price transparency tool and a fully integrated Virtual Care platform, while also enhancing engineering practices and team performance. Prior to this, Sergey served as Director of Software Development at OpticsPlanet, where leadership included building a web store platform and implementing Lean/Kanban methodologies, significantly improving operational efficiencies. Sergey holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from ICU in Kiev.
