Uliana Bilash has a diverse work experience. Uliana'smost recent position was as a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at Spring Health since February 2022. Uliana started their professional journey as an intern at Extrovertic in May 2016.

Uliana Bilash pursued their education in various institutions throughout their academic journey. From 2014 to 2017, they attended McGill University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, majoring in Psychology, Marketing, and Spanish. In 2016, Uliana briefly attended the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU), focusing on the study of Ukrainian Language. Uliana also completed their secondary education at Millburn High School from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2014, they attended The Lesya Ukrainka School of Ukrainian Studies, which provided their with a comprehensive understanding of Ukrainian Language, History, Culture, Geography, and Literature. In 2017, Uliana continued their academic pursuits by attending Universidad Nebrija, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature, as well as International Marketing.
