Uliana Bilash

Uliana Bilash has a diverse work experience. Uliana'smost recent position was as a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at Spring Health since February 2022. Before that, they worked at Datadog where they held various roles including Associate People Business Partner from April 2021 to March 2022, People Operations Associate from September 2019 to April 2021, and People Operations Coordinator from August 2018 to August 2019. Uliana also volunteered at Help Us Help the Children - USA as a Volunteer from August 2018 to August 2019, where they helped design and direct camps for orphans and disadvantaged children in Ukraine, as well as participated in fundraising efforts.

Prior to that, they worked as a People Operations Intern at One Acre Fund from January 2018 to July 2018. Uliana also served as a Research Assistant at McGill University: Research, Partnerships & More from August 2015 to December 2017. Uliana interned as a Psychorehabilitation Intern & Counselor at Prostir Radity for a month in July 2017. Additionally, they gained experience as the Marketing Director at Vent Over Tea from January 2016 to January 2017 and as the Director of Marketing at Jeux du Commerce 2016 from September 2016 to December 2016.

Uliana's earlier work experience includes being a Camp Counselor at Plast Ukrainian Scouting Organization - USA from July 2013 to July 2016, where they worked at a sleep-away camp and organized scout meetings and activities. Uliana also volunteered as a Scout Leader for a troop of 8-10 year olds and a troop of 12-18 year olds from September 2010 to May 2014. Uliana started their professional journey as an intern at Extrovertic in May 2016.

Uliana Bilash pursued their education in various institutions throughout their academic journey. From 2014 to 2017, they attended McGill University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, majoring in Psychology, Marketing, and Spanish. In 2016, Uliana briefly attended the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU), focusing on the study of Ukrainian Language. Uliana also completed their secondary education at Millburn High School from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2014, they attended The Lesya Ukrainka School of Ukrainian Studies, which provided their with a comprehensive understanding of Ukrainian Language, History, Culture, Geography, and Literature. In 2017, Uliana continued their academic pursuits by attending Universidad Nebrija, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature, as well as International Marketing.
